Why I built this site

I work in PMO consulting — helping organizations run projects more efficiently. Over the past few years, I've watched AI features get bolted onto every project management tool on the market. Some are genuinely useful. Many are marketing fluff.

I built PM Tool Scout because I couldn't find a single resource that compared these AI features based on actual hands-on testing. Most "best of" lists rank tools based on affiliate payouts, not real experience.

Every tool reviewed on this site is one I've personally signed up for, created a project in, and tested with real workflows. I focus on how AI features actually perform in day-to-day project management — not just what the marketing page promises.

What makes this site different

PMO experience: I manage projects professionally. My reviews reflect real workflow needs, not theoretical feature checklists.

Japan × Global perspective: I bring insights from the Japanese PM tool ecosystem (Backlog, Jooto, etc.) that English-language sites simply don't cover.
